ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This comprehensive training program is designed for civil and structural engineers to master the complete RCC structural design process using STAAD. Pro, STAAD RCDC, and STAAD Foundation Advanced. Following the real workflow adopted by professional structural consultancy firms, participants will work on actual architectural plans to perform modelling, analysis, load calculations, design, detailing, and foundation design as per Indian Standard Codes, while gaining practical experience through real live consultancy projects.
TRAINING CONTENT HIGHLIGHT
Beginner Level: This level provides a strong foundation in structural engineering and RCC design by covering structural design principles, the STAAD. Pro interface and project workflow, structural modelling using real architectural plans, material properties, load assessment, and structural load calculations. Participants will learn load combinations as per Indian Standard Codes, RCC member design fundamentals for beams, columns, slabs, and footings, along with an introduction to RCC design and detailing using STAAD RCDC and the fundamentals of foundation design using STAAD Foundation Advanced.
Learning Outcome: By the end of this module, participants will confidently create structural models, execute structural analysis, and perform RCC member design using STAAD. Pro in accordance with Indian Standard Codes.

Intermediate Level: This level focuses on the practical execution of complete RCC building projects through residential and commercial design case studies. Participants will perform wind and earthquake analysis as per Indian Standard Codes, carry out RCC reinforcement design and detailing using STAAD RCDC, design foundations using STAAD Foundation Advanced, validate structural designs with Excel-based design sheets, and prepare professional structural drawings and project documentation.
Learning Outcome: Participants will confidently execute complete RCC building projects, from architectural plans to structural drawings, using industry-standard software and Indian Standard Codes.

Advanced Level: This level focuses on advanced RCC structural modelling and analysis, covering response spectrum analysis, advanced load combinations, structural stability checks, and design optimization. Participants will apply Indian Standard Codes in practical design scenarios, perform structural design review and validation, work on real consultancy case studies, and prepare professional engineering documentation in line with industry standards.
Learning Outcome: Participants will confidently design RCC residential and commercial buildings using professional consultancy workflows and independently execute real-world structural design projects.
